The tccd proccess cannot be killed, only restart will be sufficient here. I start the app that needs Accesssibility, then use sudo sqlite3 /Library/Application Support/com.apple.TCC/TCC.db 'update access set allowed=1' and then reboot system. in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Accessibility > 'Allow the apps below to control your computer.'
i understand why handicap device apps would need this, but, so far, i have these apps requiring it..
- Overflow
- PopClip
- Screenhero
- Skype
- Snagit
- Snapheal
i'm not handicap & don't have any assistive devices, yet these apps need to be here to work like i think they should work without. well, they used to anyways.
so, just not understanding this.
and, you know, the statement 'allow the apps below to control your computer' kinda freaks me out ;-)
